The house has been fully refurbished over the course of 2018 & 19 and is spread over 4 floors with panoramic sea views. The accommodation has been designed to suit large groups, multiple families and is well suited for multi-generational gatherings being well set up for children.

Games Room- The basement area usually functions as a games room, but it can also be set up for team meetings with a long table and chairs. As already listed there is a projector to facilitate this usage. Please request this when you make your booking if it is applicable

We had a lovely time at the Beach House. We’d looked at staying in Southwold or Warberswick. Staying here with short trips to both was far better for us and took no time in the car at busy times too so we’d definitely return to Kessingland. Accommodation was clean, the house had plenty to offer for everyone and the instructions of what to do, when, and with text and email reminders made the whole experience very relaxing. If you are thinking you need a break, just book it. You will not be disappointed. Plenty of room for large bookings too to make the cost more affordable. Perfect place for our busy dog too. We loved the rabbits and wildlife that seem to enjoy the land too. Thank you to all who make the Beach House so lovely.

Beach House was fabulous! We were a family of four generations of 13. The house is spacious, and beautifully decorated and kitted out and is in an exquisite position. There was oodles of attention to small things, including a children’s dressing up chest.
