Beach House is a magnificent and substantial 8 bedroom detached Victorian residence situated on the beach front in the coastal village of Kessingland Beach. Fully refurbished to a very high standard this will make the perfect spot for your next Suffolk coastal escape.

Beach House is a magnificent and substantial 8 bedroom detached Victorian residence situated on the beach front in the coastal village of Kessingland Beach. The house has been fully refurbished over the course of 2018 & 19 and is spread over 4 floors with panoramic sea views. The accommodation has been designed to suit large groups, multiple families and is well suited for multi-generational gatherings being well set up for children.

Pets: 3 Dogs welcome - strictly to be kept on ground floor or basement only please. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture.

Hot tub: available at an additional cost of £210 (or £140 for short breaks). You will be contacted 6-8 weeks prior to your arrival to finalise arrangements and make payment directly to the Homeowner if you require it.

Games Room- The basement area usually functions as a games room, but it can also be set up for team meetings with a long table and chairs. As already listed there is a projector to facilitate this usage. Please request this when you make your booking if it is applicable
