The Swallows is a fantastic house with 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 ensuite bath/shower rooms, a family bathroom, a courtyard garden and a garage for one car.
A beautiful dog friendly holiday home just a short walk from the beach, shops and pubs of Southwold. Swallows offers contemporary luxurious accommodation over three floors with four boutique style bedrooms sleeping eight guests. The property comes complete with a delightful furnished courtyard garden and a garage.
Southwold is a traditional coastal town famous for its pier, lighthouse, pastel coloured beach huts and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs.

For Families:Outside: courtyard garden: decking, table and chairs, charcoal BBQ.Parking: parking for one car only - inside the Garage. There is also a small drop off area in front of the garage but cars cannot be parked here during your stay.General: WiFi. Bedding and towels provided. Gas central heating. No smoking. Pets: two medium sized, well behaved dogs welcome. Not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee.
