Sunrise is a comfortable family home ideally placed in the heart of Portscatho within easy reach of all the local amenities and the beach. On approach you enter the front garden which is paved with a seating area. Leading up to the front door and into the porch, which has plenty of space to leave your coats and shoes. The living room is spacious with comfortable sofa chairs, occasional tables, bookcases and TV, while the dining room has a welsh dresser, table and chairs. The kitchen and utility room are at the back of the house and there is also a downstairs toilet. Upstairs there a three bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double bed and is at the front of the property and has sea views. There is also a twin bedroom at the front of the property which has sea views and the third bedroom has bunk bed. There is a good sized family bathroom with a bath and shower and a separate toilet. The back door leads from the kitchen to the court yard which has a table and chairs and is ideal for barbecues, from the patio there is a gate giving access to the private parking space and North Parade.
