This fabulous newly built house is situated above St Just Creek. A short stroll down to the beautiful church of St Just in Roseland and its tranquil creek. A 5-minute drive takes you to the centre of St Mawes with its good range of facilities. The famous King Harry Ferry is only a 10-minute drive and gives easy access to Truro, Falmouth and the Lizard Peninsula.

The front door leads into a spacious hall where you can access the superb open plan kitchen/dining/living room set at the rear of the property. A utility room also has fitted appliances along with a tall fridge/freezer. Double doors open out to the large terrace looking over the garden along with country and creek views. Also from the hall there is a lovely snug perfect for reading or as a childrens room. There is also a downstairs shower and toilet. Arranged over the first floor are three bedrooms with the master room being kingsize with en-suite baths and walk-in shower and superb views towards the creek. Two further double bedrooms, one with kingsize bed and another that can be either a double or twin.

The exterior to the property starts with a superb raised patio and seating area perfect for a barbecue or to relax with a glass of wine. Steps down to several paved areas that you can also sit throughout the day, the flower beds and shrubs gives the gardens colour and privacy. To the front of the property via a gate is the parking area for two/three cars with additional free car park across the road. Beach 2¼ miles.

A security deposit of £300 is required at this property. This will be collected automatically 7 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we’ll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.
