This fabulous newly built house is situated above St Just Creek. A short stroll down to the beautiful church of St Just in Roseland and its tranquil creek. A 5-minute drive takes you to the centre of St Mawes with its good range of facilities. The famous King Harry Ferry is only a 10-minute drive and gives easy access to Truro, Falmouth and the Lizard Peninsula.
The front door leads into a spacious hall where you can access the superb open plan kitchen/dining/living room set at the rear of the property. A utility room also has fitted appliances along with a tall fridge/freezer. Double doors open out to the large terrace looking over the garden along with country and creek views. Steps down to several paved areas that you can also sit throughout the day, the flower beds and shrubs gives the gardens colour and privacy. To the front of the property via a gate is the parking area for two/three cars with additional free car park across the road. Beach 2¼ miles.
