  For a start the holiday cottages were well sign posted!

  Cottage was spotelsless and some biscuits for our dog and cake tea coffee etc was a nice touch on arrival. Everything you need was there. Although the air conditioning took a bit of working out it was a great addition and would cool or heat the cottage up very quickly. There was a walking area for my dog and lots of thought has gone into this site including outside showers for humand and dogs!!!!! Maintenance guys were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool saunas and hot tubs are a genuis addition which is why we chose these cottages. Nice and warm too ! Again very well maintained and very clean. Ample parking even if you cant park outside your own accommodation and literally only a minute away. Struggled to find any negatives too be honest. The saunas etc are open at 8.30am to 6pm and if they could open a little bit earlier and a little bit later that would be really useful but thats just based on us. Would definitely stay again and looking to bring the family back later in the year.

  Bella's Place is set in an idyllic location bringing peace, tranquility and natural beauty to your door. Mark the very friendly and accommodating owner lives just a short distance from the studio and offers a wealth of information regarding Cornwall itself and locations/ restaurants to visit. You will also have the opportunity to meet Mark's four dogs if you like animals with Bella giving you a daily visit if you leave the bottom gate open for her. Tthe studio really is a home from home especially for Bella, she really is adorable. We wanted to rediscover Cornwall as it has been a while since we were last there and Bella's Place provided us with a fantastic base to return to after a day exploring the numerous resorts on our list. It truly is a hidden gem and one we would love to return to when we next visit. It was perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed for our week stay. We would definitely recommend 100%

  We love our stay at Bellas Place, recently undergone a revamp and it’s an amazing addition to the place. You now have floor to ceiling windows overlooking the valley views which if you want peace and tranquility is perfect and the dog loves watching out the window to pass the time. The lounge area is a welcome addition as you have so much more space and a table to eat at with a door now on the bedroom which makes it feel a lot more private. It’s our 3rd time and we really enjoy this place and never want to come home as we never tire of the views and Mark is very helpful and welcoming. He has recently put in a driveway on Bellas side so you now have your own private driveway to the place which is very handy with gates to lock behind you. We can’t wait to come back again.

  We were made so welcome by Mark and Jo, they couldn’t do enough for us and were on hand if we needed extra items like an iron. Bella’s place is perfect! Everything you need is inside this cosy little haven. The bed is divine and I didn’t want to leave it! The location is perfect for everywhere in Cornwall from St Ives to Lands End, it’s a beautiful drive through countryside so you don’t mind the travel time. We had the perfect stay and will definitely be back again. You have total privacy and freedom to come and go as you please and the setting is idyllic. We highly recommend! Danielle and Josh.

  Just got back from our stay at Bella's place and we are sad to be back home. We booked this place last minute as we decided to take the dog with us so needed dog friendly and it was perfect. The location was just right as you are only an hour or so away from most of Cornwall, having the grounds to walk the dog massively helped and relaxed us. The place was just as described on the website which we was very happy with. The Owners were very helpful and welcoming during our stay. It really was a home from home and we really enjoyed our time. We will be booking again for next year.
