    Claire – 2 Sep 2019
"The cottage was brilliant. Lovely and clean and has everything you need. Not much in the actual village but a trip to Helmsley which is about 6 miles away is well worth it. The cottage is ideally situated for touring around North Yorkshire. We had a great stay and we’ll definitely recommend it."
    Caroline – 16 Aug 2019
"Lovely cottage very cosy with great charm."
    Margaret – 5 Jul 2019
"Had a lovely few days in the cottage, the only downside was that the local pub the malt shovel had closed."
    Lorraine – 17 Jun 2019
"Very nice cottage with modern decor, the description of the stone steps leading up to the cottage is accurate in as much as they are quite steep but at least there aren't many. The village is nice as long as you don't need a shop that you can walk to, there are eggs available to buy locally. We enjoyed our holiday and were pleased that the cottage is dog friendly"
