We try to keep the site small and exclusive and with nearly 100,000 visitors to the site in April alone each property benefits from a high click through rate. Just one booking will cover your costs.

All your emails and enquiries will be quickly dealt with. If you are not comfortable with a computer we will do the work for you! We will provide you with a username and password so that you can update your listing whenever you wish enabling you to advertise even the latest holiday home vacancies.
We can provide you with a Free Availability Calendar
A FREE availability calendar so that you and anyone viewing your property can see any vacancy quickly and easily. This calendar is very easy to use and we can also give you a piece of code to add the calendar to your own website.
We will give you a link to your Virtual Tour (if you have one).
We provide you with the most up to date Google map of your property
We provide you with a link through to your own website (if you have one).
NB. Links are offered to private stand-alone websites only. We do not offer links to pages which are part of other websites such as directories. We cannot offer links to sites which provide an exit route in the form of links to accommodation agencies etc., On Last Minute Cottages we require that all properties are advertised on our sites in order for us to link out to an exterior website. On Big Cottages or The Hen House only those properties sleeping 8 or more need to be advertised in order for us to link out to a website.
Listings can appear in up to 16 ‘specialist facility’ pages!
For example if your property is pet friendly, is wheelchair friendly or suitable for people with limited mobility, has a hot tub, or is located in one of our beautiful National Parks, your listing will also appear on dedicated speciality pages. See our home page for all 16 specialities!
Enquirers are directed to you personally
You are free to make whatever arrangements you wish. You have full control of your bookings and enquiries

All properties showing vacancies* within the next 2 weeks of the current date appear on the home page “Very Last Minute” rota. Use our Special Offers facility to promote your great deals and late availability.
Appear on our index page property rota
To increase your exposure you can become part of the rota of properties appearing on our Last Minute Cottages, Big Cottages or The Hen House index pages. You can join the rota for a fee of £40 + VAT per annum.
We offer discounted listings on our sister sites
If your cottage can accommodate 8 or more people you can get an additional listing from just £100 + VAT on our sister site Big Cottages
If you are willing to take Hen Parties we will give you the same discount on The Hen House which targets the more sophisticated end of the hen party market.
