What our customers say about their holidays
Lisa - Verified booking
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
The garden is fully enclosed so we had no worries re letting our dog out there to wander around. Thereâs a full size freezer, cafeteria and teapot too, and an extremely powerful hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and there was even a dog bowl too. The furnishings are next level, super plush, a very rare find in a dog friendly place. We felt like we were staying in a luxury hotel. Conwy itself is one of the most dog friendly places weâve been. Majority of eateries allow dogs and the walks along the Marine Parade to the Marina and beyond are stunning. We found the most beautiful beach just passed the Marina, dog friendly and hardly anyone on it, if you go early there is literally no one! Is approximately a 45 min walk away. There is car park by it though if you donât fancy the walk. Youâve also got the woods to walk around too, only ten mins walk away. Alison the owner is lovely too, very thoughtful, checking all was ok. Really havenât got anything bad to say, thank you for a great stay Lisa, Reuben and Zeus

The cottage was spotlessly clean, reasonably sized except for the kitchen which was small, and for us had perfect minimalist decor.
Kitchen is small and fridge is in the utility, making cooking a little awkward (a sharper kitchen knife would have been appreciated too). There's some lovely takeaways though - we enjoyed Dinos and East Eat in particular. On days weather permitted we are in the lovely contained garden with spot on dining set in a sun trap Parking is far from ideal. It's on street free for all parking, you're on a bend, next to a really confusing driveway next door (they have a drive but no stopped kerb to indicate start and end), on a narrow road with a driveway just along opposite. Having a washer drier was a fab facility, but the dryer function on didn't work very well, was incredibly loud and didn't seem to work! Overall, it was a lovely stay, but unless parking changes we'll look elsewhere next time we want to stay in the area.

We had a lovely time staying at No13, The Crescent.
Thank you to Dylan and Emma for the welcome items left to start our stay. The house was ideal for our family group (parents and three grown up children plus our Cavapoo) and we were lucky enough to have a couple of good days weather-wise so we spent some time in the sun-trap of a garden too. The house is in a quiet location (with very friendly neighbours) but within walking distance of everything the wonderful Rhos on Sea has to offer. Parking wasnât a problem for us more or less outside the house, on the street, but if you had more than one car you would just have to park a little bit further around the crescent. The house was lovely and clean and a real home from home. We would happily recommend it and hopefully will make a return booking. Kind regards.

We had an absolutely wonderful short break here.
Tucked awatin the hills to allow us peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle of daily life and yet.... a good venue to dip in and out of places you want to go. good routes to surrounding areas. A lovely welcome gift was warmly appreciates, wine, Conwy ale and welsh cakes :) Luxurious decor ran throughout the flat and was tastefully done. loved the kingsize bed and roll top bath and double shower. Only thing I noticed that was not there was A FIRST AID KIT. Luckily when I bumped my head on the low beam, it was not needed. Did not sit in the garden ara as it as quite dark at night and may benefit from some solar lighting. Would have been nice. When back in wales, we will definitely book here again. Also, liked the recycling bins, which are easy to use.

Yes we would suggest a freezer would have been great, / there was no freezer box ether/ we had a problem with the very low beams it did no say in the information that the beams were so low, if you are 4 ft 6 ins you are o.
K. To go under otherwise have to duck very low, still we are well into Our seventy s but we managed hit our head s a few times though. As for the loft very spacious ,clean, comfortable,,lovely quiet area in the trees with a stream running by , needed tidying up outside bit of a mess indeed have to carry your stuff from the car a bit of a way as canât park outside the property as itâs gated off , but plenty of room parking maybe for 3 cars on the lane, / Sykes should put better information on for people to know before you book/ But all these few problems did not spoil our holiday in central we had a good week, only a few miles away from the famous Conwy ,and the great shopping town of Llandudno lovely area to explore people, cheers Hywel and Carole
