Safe Harbour is a well-loved cottage praised for its superb location and stunning harbour views. Guests appreciate the warm, home-like atmosphere and the property's proximity to local amenities. While some minor issues with maintenance and cleanliness are noted, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with many guests eager to return.
Most guests found Safe Harbour clean and welcoming, though a few mentioned issues with cleanliness such as cobwebs and a dirty shower. These seem to be isolated incidents rather than a common trend.
The location is consistently lauded for its convenience and beautiful views of the harbour. It is central to dining, shopping, and the beach, making it an ideal spot for guests.
The majority of guests found the property comfortable, with special mentions of the beds and the cosy atmosphere. However, there were comments about an uncomfortable bed and soft seating, slightly affecting the score.
Facilities are generally well-received, with the property described as well-equipped. Nonetheless, there are several mentions of maintenance issues such as a non-working shower and WiFi, which suggests room for improvement.
While guests have expressed gratitude for the welcome pack and the property's well-stocked amenities, there is insufficient information to determine if such gestures are consistent or guaranteed, thus a score cannot be provided.
