There is an enclosed south facing lawn and courtyard garden to relax and soak up the sun. Bird watchers, walkers and those wishing to explore the coastline will be delighted. Splash Fun Water Park and the North Norfolk Railway headquarters, which runs along the coastline through unspoilt countryside, is within easy reach. Visit nearby villages of Holt and Weybourne. It was a pleasure staying at Filey House which was well equipped, very comfortable and ideally located for the town.The only issue we had was that we couldn't get the cooker to work so fried instead of grilled breakfast.Two small suggestions which would make things even better are 1) hooks for clothes on the back of bathroom doors, and 2) a larger quilt for the day bed.

This was our second stay at Filey House and had a great time. The house is well located and equipped for all of your needs. The welcome pack was a very nice addition this time and appreciated. I did need to contact the owner who was very helpful and got the issue resolved very quickly, so thank you for that.Only a short walk from the town centre and the beach it is ideal. Sheringham has all that you would like for a holiday (pubs, restaurant's and shopping) and also has good transport links.

Excellent location and well presented. Stayed during Feb half term. Everything you need and Chris is always available to answer any queries. The WiFi is good and lots of smart TVs dotted across the house. The kitchen is a great focal point, and the enclosed garden is great as a sun trap and helpful with a dog. Would recommend thoroughly.
