These well-appointed properties are situated in a quiet hamlet, midway between Bridgnorth and Ludlow, two of Shropshire’s most well-known and loved historic towns. They are well positioned to take advantage of the views across the open countryside. The Annexe (ref 29626), is semi-detached and stands 20 yards from The Barn (ref W44249), which is a detached barn conversion, and both properties have private hot tubs. The interior of The Barn has been thoughtfully designed with beautiful stone floors and a cosy woodburner. Set in a convenient location, they are within walking distance of the locally run pub, and a short drive away from the visitor attractions of Ludlow with its castle and racecourse, Bridgnorth, Ironbridge and Much Wenlock. Also worth visiting are the River Severn, famous for its tidal bore, the River Teme and the Severn Valley Railway. Other local attractions include Rays Farm, the inland funicular railway and Daniels Mill. This is an ideal touring base for people wishing to explore Shropshire and Herefordshire, as well as the mid Wales borderlands. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 300 yards.

Everything we wanted in a holiday cottage, location was beautiful and far enough from the hustle and bustle to feel totally relaxed. Great closed in garden for the dogs and the hosts were lovely, great for visiting places all over Shropshire and recommend the bakery in much wenlock as we visited a couple of times for supplies.

The Annexe was small and cosy. The instructions left were very helpful regarding the surrounding area. The outdoor space was very good and secure for our two Scotties and the hot tub was AMAZING. The only gripe is the dirt track off the main road. The double bed felt small as we are used to a king size but it was comfortable. The welcome pack, including the milk, was very much appreciated after our drive down. All in all, a very lovely break. Thank you.

We just returned from a lovely weekend in the Annexe. It was well equipped with everything we could need. Great detailed information emailed to us prior to arrival. The bed was comfy and the garden secure for our dog and had lovely views. The hot tub was wonderful and made it a really relaxing break and was great to also have a wood fire for the cold evenings. It was lovely to have the welcome pack too. Would definitely recommend.
