A delightful conversion of part of a former dairy building, close to St Newlyn East. Attractive and well presented, the property offers wonderful views over the surrounding fields and makes a great holiday base for exploring this superb part of Cornwall. Note: This property is next to Refs. 2141, 2142 and 904999, together they sleep 16.
Set amidst open fields and winding hedgerows, the North Cornwall village of St Newlyn East offers a peaceful and relaxing alternative to the bustling, vibrant town of Newquay - situated under five miles away. The perfect starting point for a number of walks through picturesque countryside, this lovely town is centrally located for a variety of excellent attractions including many stately homes and gardens, model railways, theme parks, fishing villages and harbours - not to mention some of the UK's best surfing beaches. For a livelier nightlife, visitors will enjoy the various clubs and pubs in nearby Newquay, though also of interest in the town are the impressive Zoo and Sea Life Centre. Also within easy driving distance is the cathedral city of Truro and the magnificent Eden Project.

Ideally situated out the way of the hustle and bustle of Newquay, but a short distance away from those glorious beaches and plenty of choices of local cuisine. The place was warm, welcoming and the views out the back were stunning, with regular buzzards flying overhead. The peace and quiet was what we needed for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Thank you.

It was clean and beautifully prepared with the heating on to make for a warm welcome and decorated for Christmas. The owners offer everything you will need and are supportive without being intrusive to their guests comfort and enjoyment. It was large enough for two couples, a baby and a dog, although the second bedroom is compact in comparison to the main bedroom. We would recommend Wheal Kitty to all guests as itâs all on one level, with easy access from the on site parking and inclusive accommodation for anyone with limited mobility. Highly recommended.
