Wander over to the fully-fitted kitchen where you will find everything needed to create some mouth-watering meals for the group; gather your ingredients from the cupboards and begin to prepare a hearty home-cooked meal whilst you chat to your friends sitting on the sofas as they scroll through the channels on the Smart TV and find a movie for you all to enjoy following your meal.
Climb the staircase up to the first floor and make yourself at home in one of the lovely bedrooms by unpacking your belongings into the storage provided. The first of the bedrooms is a spacious super-king that can be transformed into two single beds upon request, whilst the second bedroom is home to a double bed and features its very own en-suite shower room. It is on this floor that you will also find a tranquil bathroom where you can while away an hour in the bath tub. Make the most of the courtyard when the sun is shining by dining alfresco around the patio table.

The property is hidden away but easy to find following the instructions. Well equipped and very clean. All of the local amenities are in easy walking distance. The only downside is the lack of dedicated parking, on street parking permits are provided, but finding space can be challenging especially at weekend (no different to the majority of properties in the area).
