This cosy, semi-detached cottage, situated in the gorgeous Georgian town of Holt, is just a few minutes' walk from its many independent cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops and is ideal all year round for a family, small group of friends or couples.
A modern, well-equipped kitchen, with gas Rangemaster, is just along the corridor from the light and airy sitting/dining room which has french doors leading to the sunny courtyard garden - perfect for alfresco coffees and late afternoon/ evening dining. Fully-enclosed and secure, it's the perfect spot for children and dogs to play safely while the wine chills and the sun sinks below the horizon. Upstairs, both bedrooms (one has a king-size bed, the other, twin 3' single beds) have en-suites, which adds a luxurious feel to this cosy pad.
Rowan Cottage offers the opportunity to spend quality time away together in a superbly located cottage, ideally positioned to enjoy a woodland walk at Holt Country Park or a cycle ride to Kelling Heath, to catch a steam train to neighbouring picturesque North Norfolk villages and for exploring stunning, sandy Blue Flag beaches by car.
