The Beach House is a stunning modern built house finished to the highest standard. Internally the property is a contemporary luxurious and stylish holiday home boasting a spacious open plan living area. Look forward to spending your evenings relaxing on the delightful chaise lounge watching your favorite shows on the 50” TV in front of a wood burning stove, or step out onto the deck and enjoy the panoramic views of the coast line. The Kitchen has been equipped with everything you could need to cook up delicious meals for the whole family, whilst the dining area provides ample space for family gatherings or to plan the day’s events. There are 4 bedrooms in total, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor, each floor serviced by its own bathroom. There are private steps leading down from the garden to the beach. There are lots of local attractions for families and couples alike. Wells House is a great way to spend a day out as is Kia-Ora petting farm with its own fire engine. For those looking to unwind you could go for a round of golf or relax and unwind at the award winning Oceo Spa @ Seafield Hotel and Spa Resort. There were 5 of us so plenty of space and more than enough crockery and utilities. The sound of the waves every day is a dream come true. The house was spotless on arrival, rooms very spacious and the beds were so comfy. The steps to the beach were a bit slippy in the rain but obviously this is to be expected with wood. The first time walking down the rocks at the bottom of the stairs though was a bit daunting but fine once you had done it a couple of times.

Facilities were a bit short for 8 people in the living area, could do with some more seating. We had 5 adults and 2 teenagers and unless you wanted to sit on a dining room chair we had to bring in the outdoor furniture and also our own camping chairs. No BBQ as listed this needs to be removed from the listing. Also not enough wine or pint glasses for 8 people and we had to purchase our own glasses. The TV stopped working on the Sunday morning but Elisha had a replacement with us by dinnertime. All in all we had a very enjoyable week.

Beds very comfortable, A short 5 min walk to supermarket. A few niggles, freezer was completely frozen and some cupboards needed a clean. Apart from that we had a lovely relaxing stay at the Beach house. Best views ever.
