Well that’s the reality at The Beach House. Situated a stones throw away from the beach, just south of the pretty seaside village of Courtown in County Wexford. The Beach House is a stunning modern built house finished to the highest standard. Internally the property is a contemporary luxurious and stylish holiday home boasting a spacious open plan living area. Look forward to spending your evenings relaxing on the delightful chaise lounge watching your favorite shows on the 50” TV in front of a wood burning stove, or step out onto the deck and enjoy the panoramic views of the coast line. The Kitchen has been equipped with everything you could need to cook up delicious meals for the whole family, whilst the dining area provides ample space for family gatherings or to plan the day’s events. There are 4 bedrooms in total, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor, each floor serviced by its own bathroom. There are private steps leading down from the garden to the beach. There are lots of local attractions for families and couples alike. Wells House is a great way to spend a day out as is Kia-Ora petting farm with its own fire engine. For those looking to unwind you could go for a round of golf or relax and unwind at the award winning Oceo Spa @ Seafield Hotel and Spa Resort. Discover a great selection of eateries within easy reach. The Strand Bar Cahore, perched high on top of the cliff serving great food and drink, or The Duck Restaurant, sit out on the terrace and enjoy one of the house cocktails.
