This single-storey detached bungalow is situated halfway between Miltown Malbay and Spanish Point, County Clare, making it a great base for a seaside getaway with family or friends. The location of this Clare cottage means that all of Miltown Malbay's amenities are easily accessible, while the Blue Flag sandy beach at Spanish Point is only a short walk away. Inside, this Clare cottage offers spacious, well-equipped accommodation with a cosy open fire and wonderful views of the sea. Its location beside the N67 coastal road means that this Clare cottage is in a great position for discovering all of the pretty beaches along the beautiful stretch of Clare coastline, as well as providing easy links to the Burren National Park and Cliffs of Moher. There is lots to see and do from this lovely Clare cottage.
Miltown Malbay is located close to the Atlantic coast in County Clare, and is only an hour from Shannon Airport. Famed for its traditional Irish music, it is home to the Willie Clancy music festival, which is held in July, however visitors will find fabulous live music in many pubs and bars whatever the time of year. Miltown Malbay is close to the beach resorts of Spanish Point and Doonbeg, both of which are well worth a visit for their great surf, not to mention their excellent golf courses. The Burren National Park to the north of the town is a mecca for walkers and nature lovers with its unique geological landscapes and rich colourful wildflowers.

Very comfortable house with everything we needed. I saw something about traffic noise before going to the house, we slept in the front room on the road side and I must say didn't notice any noise, slept really well. Spanish point beach is just down the road and so many lovely walks only a short drive away. Had a couple of questions when we were there and Mary was very quick to answer and very friendly. Would highly recommend this place and would love to go back if we were up that way again.

I recently spent 5 nights in goodlands cottage and I was delighted with the time I spent there, a very well equipped, clean and comfortable house in a very quiet convenient location with the town of miltown malbay just about 20 minutes walking distance away with 2 supermarkets restaraunts and pubs for food shopping etc, all I was looking for was a quiet relaxing couple of days and goodlands was the perfect place for that so I cant speak highly enough of my time there and would love to return in the future

The facilities were great, would definitely recommend. Walking distance to Spanish Point beach and Miltown Mobay town. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. 8 of us stayed and plenty of room for us all, 2 showers, big lounge and kitchen. Great location to explore the area, would definitely book again.
