This bright and contemporary detached cottage is located to the rear of the owners home, just a five-minute walk from the centre of the small village of Dundrum, in the heart of County Tipperary. This Dundrum cottage has been thoughtfully decorated to offer stylish and spacious accommodation, perfect for couples or small families wishing to spend some wonderful time together discovering this glorious region. Boasting two comfortable bedrooms, guests can enjoy a peaceful nights rest at this Dundrum cottage before setting off on an Irish adventure. The open plan living area provides a comfortable space to wine, dine and unwind after a busy day, and to the front is a shared lawned garden with furniture, where you can enjoy lunch alfresco-style, or relax with a good book. The quaint village of Dundrum lies just over eight miles from the popular town of Cashel and is home to a well-stocked local shop and a friendly traditional pub. Dundrum is surrounded by fertile countryside and offers walkers and cyclists superb opportunities to stretch their legs! The old town of Cashel possesses a rich history and hosts the imposing Rock of Cashel, one of Irelands most visited attractions. Cashel also boasts a delightful selection of shops, pubs and eateries all radiating that old Irish charm and a welcoming atmosphere. Also worth a visit whilst exploring the region is the town of Tipperary, known as the Gateway to the Galtees. Tipperary is situated in the stunning scenic surroundings of the Golden Vale and is just a short drive from the sweeping Glen of Aherlow, beautifully secluded between the Galtee Mountains and the Slievenamuck Hills, perfect for hill walking. Dundrum features a shop, pub and takeaway as well as the Dundrum House Hotel and Golf Course, which is connected to the village by a fine avenue of mature lime trees lining the road on both sides. There are also many walks and hikes available through this rural and authentically Irish area.
