The small hamlet of Bruckless lies on the main road between Donegal and Killybegs and is situated close to the waters of Donegal Bay. The focal point is a unique round tower situated in the local churchyard and the hamlet is served by a pub and well stocked shop at the local garage. There are many activities in the local area including horse riding at the local equestrian centre as well as scuba diving, canoeing and other water sports. The spectacular scenery of the Bluestack Mountains and the Glenveagh National Park are just a short distance away as are a plethora of unspoilt beaches such as those at Fintragh and Bundoran.
