This attractive holiday cottage is deceptively spacious inside, having the benefit of an additional conservatory/sitting room which overlooks the courtyard garden. Bourton-on-the-Water is known as the ’Venice of the Cotswolds’ because the River Windrush runs through its length. There are also plenty of cycle/walking routes within the Cotswolds. Tourist attractions include the Model Village, Cotswold Motor Museum, Birdland, the Model Railway and fascinating dragonfly maze. There is additional parking to the rear of the property if more than 1 car and there is direct access from the garden to open fields, perfect for those who love walking. Visit Britain Gold Award 2009/2010. Shops 150 yards, pub 10 yards. Please note: There are some fairly steep and narrow stairs to the top floor at the property.

Home from home a little Cotswold gem that’s not so little tastefully decorated with quality furniture and very well equipped spotlessly clean. Conservatory an added bonus it overlooks a lovely secure garden with lights on an evening and the back gate to take you along the river walk right into the heart of bourton. Off road parking . Highly recommend Dolls cottage. A short walk takes you into the centre of bourton shops restaurants bus stop and motor museum, bird sanctuary and model village all within walking distance of. Our first time in the Cotswolds certainly not our last.
