Two balconies. Designated parking for 1 car plus additional visitor parking available. 2 pets welcome. Please note: this property has direct access to a river. No Smoking. This fabulous house is located in a development of stunning, contemporary homes within a 450-acre nature reserve in the Cotswolds. The gated and managed estate comprises woodland and meadows crossed by three rivers and surrounded by serene lakes. The property boasts a decked patio and garden with regular sightings of coots, moorhens and swans. Guests can visit the estate’s spa located opposite the house with the free spa passes provided (special treatments by arrangement). On-site facilities include indoor and outdoor heated pools (20m), eco-pool, sauna, steam room, gym, hard tennis courts, multi-activity court, nature trails, cycle tracks and lakes for paddle boarding / sailing. A shop and pub/restaurant are also on the estate (Ballihoo). Cotswolds Water Park nearby also offers a wide range of activities (water sports, fishing, etc) and is part of an internationally famous nature reserve where a large variety of wildlife can be observed in total tranquility. City attractions such as Bath, Oxford, Cirencester and Cheltenham are all within easy reach. Kemble railway station (1hr 10mn direct train from London Paddington) is 10 minutes away by car/taxi. Couples and family bookings only. No smoking permitted. There is an open waterway at the bottom of the garden. Latest update: all new white goods, dishwasher, mattresses, pillows, bed linens and towels purchased in 2025. One of the two outdoor pools is currently closed for renovation, expected to re-open in June 2026.

    We had a wonderful stay at Nuthatch. Having air conditioning was a god send and the provided fans for bedrooms. Everything is pretty thought of including travel cot, changing mat, children's plates and cutlery, high chair, It was close to all pools and sports. Easy to access and park. Liam was very efficient and always answered all my questions quickly and politely. Our only struggle was the close proximity to neighbours garden with no separation of fench or something which we would of liked so dogs and grandchild didn't want to keep going over. This wasn't a struggle for us this time as house next door was unoccupied but would possible stop us booking until we dont have the dogs. Other then that we would 100% stay again.

    Absolutely beautiful home. Very well presented and equipped. Although it is dog friendly the garden is not secure so be aware of this and the resident ducks if you let you dog out! It was the perfect base for our week of prep for our sons wedding and we had a lovely al fresco family meal

    The accommodations was good ,due to the heat wave we experienced we felt that the top bedroom needed a fan to cool the temperature of this room . There was a distinct lack of instructions for the television and oven, a micro wave would have come in handy .The fridge and freezer doors did not close well enough as we found that they became iced up quickly . We had a great week away . All 4 grandchildren enjoy them selves ageing between 4yrs to 15yrs plenty to do and can’t wait to return next year
