Paved terrace with sitting-out area and garden furniture. 9-acre of natural grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 3 cars. 1 small pet welcome (must be kept on lead at all times within the grounds). No smoking. Please note: There are 3 lakes within the grounds.. Unspoilt lake views. These 5 holiday cabins, each with furnished verandah for dining al fresco, are located 7 miles from Boston, and 20 miles from Skegness. They are situated just outside the small village of Old Leake where there are two pubs, a supermarket and a children’s play area. The site is ½ mile from the A52 with a regular bus service to Boston and Skegness.
Sheepgate Equestrian Centre is 2 miles away, where National Dressage competitions are held. The local rspb reserve at Freiston Shore is 5 miles away, whilst Leverton village to the south has a café, supermarket and pub.
There are many country lanes around the site which are ideal for walking and cycling. The cabins overlook an established fishing lake (permit provided), however, guests will also be required to have their own Environment Agency fishing license. Shop ¾ mile, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Very clean and comfortable excellent location and fantastic fishing we were so impressed with the lodge that we have booked again for next year

Attention to detail needed. Pictures for sale needed to be replaced rather than just an empty hook. In the folder some of the details were out of date. Amenities on site would have been helpful with a few essentials. Being aware of what you could and could not use on the fishing lakes would have helped. Also the welcome dog field would have benefited from lights in the evening.On a positive note the closest lake was well stocked, and made it worth another visit.
