This superb holiday home is ideal for a relaxing family holiday with it being so close to the sandy beaches of the east coast of Lincolnshire. The large garden is ideal for children to play in and explore, while the older members relax in the hot tub after a fabulous day out. With four bedrooms all with their own en-suite shower rooms and the benefit of a ground floor bedroom its ideal for families and couples to enjoy.
Nearby Sutton on Sea, Mablethorpe and Sandilands are all on the coast with lovely sandy beaches and colourful beach huts lining the promenade only a 10-minute drive away. For family days within half an hour are Butlins, Fantasy Island, Jump Warriors Trampoline park and the popular seaside town of Skegness. During the breeding season a visit to Donna Nook is very popular, where you can see the seals, walk alongside the dunes and beach. Within walking distance of the property is the wonderful Grange Farm Park. Here you can find free fishing available exclusive to our guests, as well as a hearty meal at there Bar Restaurant (the stables). were you get 10% discount on food as you are staying at one of there properties , shop 2 miles. We had a lovely stay at The Pastures. Plenty of room for 6 adults and a 2 year old. We were lucky that the weather was so lovely and hot which unfortunately made it a little difficult to sleep. Perhaps providing fans in the bedrooms would be useful! Also a stair gate at the top of the stairs! The hot tub was a lovely treat. Our grandson loved the cows and looked forward to them coming up to the fence each evening! We have no hesitation in recommending The Pastures!

Just a few little recommendationsWe couldn’t find the house due to travelling up in the dark drove past several times lucky we saw a lady in the village and and she pointed where the house is possibly put some lights on the postWould recommend putting an air fryer inAnd some new cooking trays as they are little rustyThe house is absolutely beautiful and will definitely come back again very clean
