It is named after the Juice Trump mound or hill on the farm which is made out of roach stone, a hard-wearing rock material that weathers slowly giving rise to random looking hillocks.
It is a comfortable, homely two bedroom cottage. It is south facing with views over, and direct access to the paved courtyard. It is on one level with a ramp approach, wide internal doorways and grip rails in the bathroom.

Miles of walks on private footpaths on the farm await you along with direct access to the Heritage Bridleway and Viking Way, as well as numerous public footpaths across the Wolds.
4 miles away is Cadwell Park Race Circuit with the Georgian market town of Louth 9 miles, and Horncastle, famous for its numerous antique and collectables shops, just 5 miles. The city of Lincoln famous for its cathedral, castle and vibrant Brayford Waterside area is 30 minutes drivec as is the traditional seaside resort of Skegness with its sandy beaches to the east. Stayed recently for a week. Perfect with the dog (I did request a hoover and it was explained to me that we shouldn't be in that particular cottage with a dog hence no hoover. This was a booking agent error not the owner and hoover was provided .... works better since I unclogged it lol).Lovely scenery, great dog walks within the grounds, comfortable and well equipped cottage.You will need a car, shops etc a little way away but in beautiful local villages/towns.All in all a pleasant stay and would not hesitate to stay again. 👍
