Situated across the road from the bowling green and only a short walk onto the seafront and the sandy beach, La Falda provides comfortable, detached accommodation for all the family. With the beach, shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways all close by there is no need to use the car unless you want to. The area has a lot of activities for everyone, with the coastal resort of Mablethorpe close by and Sandilands golf course is less than 2 miles away. If you want to explore further along the coast, the busy traditional seaside resort of Skegness is 14 miles away, the market towns of Alford, 7 miles and Louth, 20 miles are all worth a day out. Butlins is 12 miles and Fantasy Island 10 miles away for good days out for all the family. Beach 100 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.

We have stayed here multiple times now.So close to everything. Lovely place to visit. The house is cosy and comfortable. A home from home.

Bungalow close to beach with off road parking which allows two cars but spaces quite narrow. Well equipped kitchen with good sized fridge freezer. Large TV freeview with apps available; the only downside being the picture window opposite had to have blinds and curtains closed to avoid reflection. Three decent sized bedrooms with 2 doubles (one ensuite) and 2 single beds in third room. Small garden area. Very close to chalet type accommodation. Owner provided bathroom aids which were a great help. Wire chairs for dining require extra padding.

Great location 5 minutes from the beach and town centre. Very comfortable accommodation with everything needed for a pleasant stay. We are planning to come back soon.
