The area has a lot to offer including the Sandilands Links golf course ½ a mile away as well as the coastal towns of Mablethorpe and Sutton-on-Sea. For those wishing to drive along the coast, the busy seaside resort of Skegness is only 14 miles away, with the market towns of Alford 8 miles and Louth 22 miles also well worth a day out. Shop ¼ mile, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

We are regular visitors to Sea Breeze . It suits our needs having a canine companion . Quiet location very close to the beach and seafront walks . Easy drive to shops .

First impressions were that the bungalow is in a quiet residential area and very near the beach huts and beautiful dog friendly beach.On entering it was immediately noticeably absolutely spotless. The kitchen is well equipped and the cooker is very easy to use. The lounge is a comfortable space to relax and read or watch a smart tv. The patio doors open to an enclosed garden which is planted with mature hedges and shrubs and has good garden furniture. On a warm day it is good to open the doors and let your dog wander in and out freely. The bedrooms are comfortable. We had never been to the Lincolnshire coast so enjoyed exploring the local area. We visited Lincolnshire wolds heritage railway just north of Louth. We went to Alford which has a lovely vintage coffee shop. On Thursday we walked to Sutton on Sea on the promenade . It took 35 minutes with a 15 year old terrier. In Sutton there are some interesting shops and a hotel with a nice beer garden to sit and rest before the walk back. About five minutes walk away from the bungalow in Sandilands is the Fat Seagull Cafe where we had delicious fish and chips.

Key safe far too high had to get help from a neighbour. Cupboards in kitchen too high. Reaching plates etc very difficult for older average size people. Lack of information regarding adjusting thermostat on central heating in fact generally lack of information. Dogs are allowed but please look carefully at outside space our dog wouldnt go out into garden far too many stones and again the elderly or anyone with walking difficulties should be VERY careful. These issues might seem minor to some but caused issues for us, such a shame because the location is excellent, property clean and well equipped, but couldnt think of a return visit.
