Ideal location to Sutton on Sea about 4 minutes in a car, 30 minute walk and about 11 minutes to Mablethorpe. It is close to a road but it isn’t busy at night and we couldn’t hear it. We did have a lot of flies and you may need a fan in summer as very warm and with the flies it was difficult to put up with them with the doors open. The situation is lovely as you can walk around the pond 400 m away and there are a couple of benches in very pleasant surroundings! There’s an under the counter fridge and a separate freezer. Full size dishwasher, ironing board, iron, cooker and washing machine. Two separate comfortable chairs and very good internet connection.Very comfortable bed and some supplies to get you started. Very pleasant stay.
