These fantastic holiday homes are perfectly located for exploring the surrounding area. Just a 2-minute drive away is North Somercotes - a charming village with two pubs, two convenience stores and a number of food establishments, including a Chinese takeaway, pizzeria and Italian restaurant. There are a number of villages nearby, which offer a broad range of restaurants and pubs to try. Donna Nook with its beach and nature reserve 1 mile. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile. The properties (UKC631, UKC632, UKC633 and UKC634) can be booked together to accommodate up to 15 guests.

Lovely, well equipped and spotlessly clean cottage in very attractive well kept setting. Peaceful location and very friendly helpful hosts. Ideally situated for exploring the East Coast.

Lovely holiday accommodation. My only recommendation would be for grab rails in the bathroom. There is nothing to hold on to getting in and out of the bath.

We knew from our arrival at Mill House that we was in for a real treat .The cottage was spotlessly clean throughout .The welcome hamper with goodies for our family and dog was another treat .The cottage provides a real feeling of luxury,and comfort due to the attention to detail the owners have created .The outside grounds again are immaculate and offer another space for the guests .The location was perfect ,15 minutes away is Louth a lovely market town with lots of independent shops .You will be spoilt for choice on which coffee shop to choose and delicious food.St James Church in Louth is a worthwhile visit .Mablethorpe is approx 30 minutes away offering a smaller scale seaside experience.Skegness is approx 50 minutes away a larger scale seaside experience perfect for all ages .The seal sanctuary at Skegness is also worth a visit provides an insight into the brilliant conservation work to protect the visiting seals.The cottage is 5minutes away from Donna Nook were the seals visit between October -December .You will get the sense of how proud the locals are of this.Around the cottage there are some lovely local walks ,and the village pub Axe&Cleaver .The pub serves traditional meals and gives a warm friendly welcome.You will need to pre book its a thriving establishment.There is also a co -op supermarket within walking distance .We throughly enjoyed our stay and thank you to the owners from the very start of our holiday left us feeling nothing was too much trouble .We will definitely re visit with more family and friends .
