The owner greeted us when we arrived to show us around. We found the the most comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean cottage. I have previously had such difficulty finding a holiday home that has wheelchair access and would also accommodate dogs. This cottage is perfect. My dad had plenty of room for maneuvering his wheelchair and all the equipment he needed. The cottage is a reasonably short car ride to Mablethorpe. There is a fish and chip van comes around on Tuesdays and some lovely restaurants/takeaways very near-by. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Old Sweet Shop. The owner was very welcoming and informative. The cottage was excellent, very clean and well-maintained. The cottage is in a very quiet location, but if you have a car, there are some lovely seaside places within a 40 -60 minute drive. We visited Mablethorpe, Cleethorpes, Louth, Ingeoldmells and Skegness which were all lovely. We had 3 generations staying here and we all had a fabulous time. We would thoroughly recommend this cottage. A fish and chip van visits the village each Tuesday, which was excellent. We would also recommend the Gardenerâs Rest at the local Garden Centre a great place for breakfast for before you set off home. Thank you for letting us stay.
