Nestled in the tranquil grounds of Ashtree Court, these adjoining cottages (five in total) with a shared heated indoor pool really are some of the most delightful cottages you will find in the area. Within 5 minutes of the glorious sandy beaches and easy reach of the rolling Lincolnshire Wolds, these four extremely comfortable cottages form a small select group overlooking a central courtyard and enjoying shared use of a heated indoor swimming pool and children’s play area.
Set in 4 acres of beautiful mature gardens they offer the ideal location for a relaxing holiday and for touring the coast and wolds. There is excellent coarse fishing just 300 yards away and golf (handicap required) is available at the well-known Seacroft links golf course and Northshore (no handicap), which are both nearby.
Within easy reach are the famous Battle of Britain Aircraft Museum and the East Kirby Lancaster Museum, rspb Gibraltar Point, NT Gunby Hall, Snipedale Nature Reserve and Forest, and the historical city of Lincoln with its cathedral, castle and excellent shopping. Antique hunting can be enjoyed at Horncastle 18 miles away, and Louth offers a lovely traditional market town. Skegness and Ingoldmells with its seaside attractions, is just 2 miles. Shop and pub 1 mile. 2 dogs allowed.. All properties: Oil central heating (timer controlled), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. We received a warm, friendly welcome on arrival. It was easy to find with SatNav and some directions from the host. Close to the coast for beach walks. Cosy lounge and all in one kitchen diner. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils for self catering. The pool is wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely location, in the middle of Ingoldmells and Skegness - was perfect for myself and the family. Host was brilliant and kind, facilities fantastic.Everyone loved the swimming pool and my dog certainly loved the massive garden. Dog fee wasn't initially stated on booking website I used, wasn't until after booking I received that information, Wi-fi bit spotty. If wasn't for those things would have been 5 star!

Had a fantastic 4 night stay with 4 adults and 2 kids. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves which was great and it made the holiday to be honest. The cottages are close enough to the seaside and far enough from town to enjoy spacious grounds and a break from all the crowds. The cottage itself was excellent with everything we could need. The owners were also very welcoming. We will definitely stay again. Thank you
