This smart and beautifully furnished, contemporary, detached barn conversion enjoys an ideal position on the northen edge of Skegness, just 500 yards from the lovely sandy beach and a mile from the bustling central area. It is set on a quiet cul-de-sac, adjacent to a golf course whose clubhouse/bar/restaurant welcomes visitors. Skegness has a popular outdoor bowls area on the seafront and traditional holiday seaside activities including donkey rides on the beach. Fantasy Island Theme Park is 2 miles. A leisure park with swimming pool and fun activities available to day visitors is 1.5 miles. Natureland, incorporating a seal sanctuary and aquarium, is 0.75 miles. Fishing, 3 miles. Lovely little cottage. Had everything we needed for our stay .Very clean inside. Comfortable reclining sofas and bed . The cottage is only 5 minutes walk to the beach , 5 minute drive to Aldi & M&S . There is a Co-op nearer. Lovely welcome pack from the owner who was there to meet us to show how the hot tub etc worked . We were lucky to have glorious weather for our stay and the garden was perfect to sit out in . Our dog loved walks to the beach and sunning himself in the grassed area of the garden Would definitely return

The cottage was lovely and comfy. Close to the beach and amenities. Well stocked with odds and ends ( sauces etc. ). Lovely treats waiting for us too. Overall, would recommend.

It states on the website that there is a separate shower cubicle, there is not, just shower over bath.The hot tub is excellent, as is the secluded garden. new leather recliners very comfortable, kitchen is stocked with all you need including bakeware.Child gates at bottom and top of stairs. Unfortunately you can feel the springs through the mattresses, they could do with a topper. Extra bed linen is available if needed in the bedroom draws. The sandy beach is only ten minutes walk from the cottage.It was a lovely surprise to have flowers fruit and bread and wine and a personal welcome with the kettle on when we arrived.
