Situated at the bottom of the sand dunes just a short walk to the pathway that leads to the beach, this is an ideal cottage for dog lovers and families alike looking for a peaceful break. The owner lives adjacent/next door to the cottage.
With a large enclosed courtyard for relaxing in after a day exploring, and only 250 yards from the centre of the village with its shops, restaurants, pubs and traditional amusements; there is something for everyone to enjoy in this popular coastal village. You can enjoy a coffee and food in the North Sea Observatory at Chapel Point and take in the uninterrupted views across the beach and sea. Travel into the traditional seaside resort of Skegness, with entertainment for everyone during both day and night. Butlins or Fantasy Island offer great days out, whilst inland, there is the Georgian market town of Louth and the Lincolnshire Wolds.
There are good walks and cycle routes throughout the area, with the coast road to Anderby Creek and Sandilands a popular route. Beach 50 yards, Shop, pub and restaurant 250 yards.

Cottage location was close to the shops and cafes. Cottage would benefit from a good deep clean and a little tlc.

The cottage is in an ideal location. Very short walk to the beach and centre of the village. Easy to get to surrounding places. There is an excellent bus service also which is very reasonably priced. Chapel st. Leonards is a lovely village with ample bars and eating establishments. Highly recommend.
