Guests generally found the cottage comfortable and cosy, but several mentioned the main bed mattress and pillows being too firm or lumpy, and some noted the cottage could be dark during the day.
The property is well-equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, smart TVs, fast internet, and a popular hot tub. Some guests suggested minor improvements, such as updating the bathroom, providing extra kitchen utensils, and maintaining the garden.
The staff, especially Chris, are frequently described as welcoming, helpful, and attentive, with thoughtful touches like clear instructions and follow-up visits. While some guests mention a warm welcome, gifts are not specifically referenced and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
