Next to the owner’s home, this semi-detached property is ideal as a base for exploring the area or somewhere to simply sit back and relax. It is just a mile to the beach where you can enjoy a coffee and food in the North Sea Observatory at Chapel Point and take in the uninterrupted views across the beach and sea. Travel into the traditional seaside resort of Skegness, with entertainment for everyone during both day and night. Butlins or Fantasy Island offer great days out, and inland there is the Georgian market Town of Louth and the Lincolnshire Wolds. There are good walks and cycle routes throughout the area, with the coast road to Anderby Creek and Sandilands a popular route. Beach 1 mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ¾ mile.

Beautiful cottage in a very peaceful location. The cottage has everything you need and was very warm & comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

The cottage is in a peaceful situation. It is very well kept. There is plenty of room for 2 people. It is spotlessly clean and has all you need for a break. The owner is friendly and helpful but not intrusive. The local beach is good for dog walks and there are a variety of places to get food nearby. We were left a very useful welcome pack and there was even one for our dog. Would definitely recommend this cottage

Idyllic out of the way retreat. Beautiful little property and friendly owner. With the beach just 15 minutes away, Chapel St Leonards roughly a mile or longer if you go via the beach so a nice stroll into town. For those not wanting to walk busses go past the road end.
