A secluded setting making for a peaceful holiday. My old dog, Bracken, frequently got lost in the garden that is perfectly secure. Some of the single beds were in need of a new mattress but this didn't make our stay any less enjoyable. Long Sutton is well equipped with amenities and the Captain's fish and chip shop comes highly recommended. The steep stairs could be a problem for less able visitors and the walks from the cottage are a fair way up the lane.

Beautiful property and grounds extremely well equipped and host so friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommend this place to anyone, had a wonderful stay with the family and our dog, loads of great places on the doorstep too. There were no negatives to our stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our Homestead stay. So much so we were looking at dates to come back within 30 minutes of being there. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a homely, comfortable and relaxing break. Sadie and Stuart were excellent hosts. We loved it, kids loved it and dogs loved it. Can not wait to go back.
