Located on the edge of Ashton Estate, East Lodge is the perfect base for family or friends to explore this beautiful private estate and indulge in nature.

As you enter into the hallway at East Lodge the bright and airy open-plan living area is on your left comprising of a sitting and dining area. The sitting area enjoys comfortable seating and a television, along with a dining table situated within a bay window with bench seating, overlooking the beautiful woodland. The living area then moves onto the modern and well-equipped kitchen, with all the appliances you would need to help create wonderful home cooked meals. The kitchen also enjoys a convenient breakfast bar, perfect for relaxed mornings whilst planning your day ahead. Also situated on the ground floor, there is a family shower room with a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.

Heading up to the first floor, there are three well-appointed bedrooms. Bedroom's one and two enjoy 5' king-size beds, and bedroom three with a 4'6 small double bed. Ideal for family or friends.

Outside, East Lodge enjoys it's own private garden with seating, it's own private shepherds hut and an electric barbecue, ideal for the warmer months where you may wish to dine al fresco.

East Lodge is situated on Ashton Estate, a private estate filled with activities for all ages - enjoy peaceful woodland walks, bird watching, mini golf and den building. Along with creative corners such as the little artist's studio, and themed shepherds huts. The walled garden has giant chess and boules, while the Green Room offers grown-ups snooker, pool, darts and more! The Wicket room welcomes all ages, with table tennis, board games, and a cosy toddler area. Guests can even enjoy cricket, croquet, volleyball and rounders, or even book extra treats directly with Ashton Estate such as clay pigeon shooting, archery, and karaoke.
