The fabulous ground-floor master suite features a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, and a large ensuite with corner jacuzzi bath, shower cubicle, and bidet. Another ground-floor bedroom boasts an ensuite with a separate bath and shower. The remaining bedrooms offer cosy double beds, with shared access to a modern shower room upstairs. There are also five portable radiators provided for guests use.
Just minutes away is Holme Pierrepont Country Park, home to the National Water Sports Centre, a hub of adrenaline-pumping activities from white water rafting to open water swimming. Head into Nottingham city centre to explore a blend of history and culture, including Nottingham Castle, the Museum of Justice, and the City of Caves. Shop and dine in the Lace Market or take in a show at the Theatre Royal. A little further afield, Newark offers antique shopping, historic architecture, and Newark Castle by the River Trent. What lovely accommodation. Absolutely everything we needed as a large group for a family break away. The bedrooms had lots of storage and the accommodation itself had additional storage in lots of extra cupboards. The kitchen is very well fitted - everything we needed. A very large american style fridge freezer and even the addition of a utility room which came in handy with our Border Collie who likes to get wet! The pool table in the very large conservatory was used every night and the TV had every Chanel needed for wet days in. I personally would recommend the Jacuzzi bath - very relaxing. Public transport a 2 minute walk away and a short journey into the City. Lots to do around the accommodation including National Trust visits and also the National Water Sports Centre. A couple if issues whilst there but everything was sorted straight away. We just had a perfect holiday away.

Lovely house, well equipped and comfortable. We had a problem with the heating and a shower but the owner was brilliant and attended quickly to resolve the issue. Overall we had a great holiday and would happily return
