Just 8 miles away is the seaside town of Maryport, with long sandy beaches, an aquarium and a Roman Museum. Walkers, hikers, cyclists and water sports enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice in the local area while staying at this property.

Bassenthwaite Lake and the magnificent fells and peaks of Blencathra and Skiddaw are all within 20 miles. If you love mountain biking, Whinlatter Forest (11 miles) is a must-visit for some excellent walking tracks.
