This is a beautiful, contemporary apartment with security entrance system, within the popular Elm Court complex. It is in a superb position on the first floor next to the River Greta and surrounded by the North Lake fells. Situated on the fringe of the town, this wonderful apartment offers the best of both worlds, with all the amenities of the town centre close by, yet with views of the nearby Lakeland Fells and walking opportunities from the door. Keswick, renowned for its spectacular setting and surrounded by mountains, is the perfect base to enjoy a holiday in the northern Lake District. If you don’t wish to venture far, take a stroll through the town with its many outdoor and speciality shops, friendly pubs, cafés and restaurants making it an ideal base for both walkers and those simply looking for a relaxing break.

It's a lovely comfortable, cosy apartment and is extremely well equipped. Spotlessly clean and very well placed for all the amenities of Keswick.The beds were some of the most comfortable we have ever had in a self catering property.We would definitely stay there again.One very minor comment, the lounge and hallway would benefit from being decorated but it did not distract from a lovely stay.

Nice apartment in great location, quiet area yet a few minutes walk into town. Overall, clean, reasonably well equipped, good value for money and would stop again. A few minor observations:* Check in is 5pm, whereas most other properties in Keswick have 3pm check in.* Bed is reasonably comfortable but the mattress is on the soft side.* No dishwasher tablets provided, minimal washing up liquid and toilet paper.* Occupants in flat above were noisy, not sure whether they were permanent residents.* No oven gloves.
