There are lots of activities on offer locally including fishing, rock climbing, and water sports on Derwentwater. This peaceful valley is fabulous to explore on foot, by cycle, bus, or car.

This charming first-floor apartment is one of five apartments in a large Victorian house situated in the centre of Rosthwaite village. As you enter the shared entrance into the hallway of this impressive welcoming house, you will find your private entrance on the first floor. The front entrance opens into a hallway, with the open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area to the right. It offers the perfect space to prepare a romantic meal for two while chatting and making plans for the rest of your stay. The lounge has a sofa and armchair, a Smart TV, and an electric wall-mounted fire, there is also a dining table for two.
