You will also be able to access many walking routes and trails from the doorstep such as the Keswick to Threlkeld Railway Trail. Alternatively, challenge yourself to a hike climbing Skiddaw Mountain or the fell Underskiddaw, with both routes being accessible from the town. If you prefer being on the water, hire a paddleboard or boat on Derwentwater, just 500 metres away.
