The location is great, parking is a pain as I had to make a few trips to unload. Bedrooms are nice. A new carpet in the living room would make it look a lot better. It can be quite loud with bars at night but they close at a reasonable hour. I had a lovely time there with my dog but it did get very hot in there last week so maybe some extra fans would help

The location of this flat is perfect for exploring Keswick, right in the centre and within touching distance of so many local attractions and amenities. Only a short walk from the parks and lake. Yes there is some noise during the day, especially if it is sunny and people are out in the courtyard from the bars underneath, but as these close at 9pm it goes almost silent after that. Flat is well proportioned and spacey, well stocked for eating in and cooking if you wanted. Our only grumble was the beds, all 4 of us found the 2 beds uncomfortable and in need of new mattreses, I had some real back pain from the smaller of the two beds. If it wasnt for the beds this place would have got 5 stars from us and I would definitely stay again, if the mattreses are renewed!
