A lovely semi detached holiday house set in a quiet location in this wonderful little village in the heart of the Lake District National Park. The perfect location for exploring the area. 2 steps to entrance.

Very clean cottage lovely kitchen and bathroom bedrooms were big but could have had a proper wardrobe.Garden not safe for our dog had to be on lead every time we took her out.Access to parking on drive difficult.We left 2 days early due to bad weather.The laminate floor is difficult for dogs to walk on plus a stair gate would be a bonus.

A lovely comfortable, exceptionally clean house with everything needed for your holiday. It was in a super location - a comfortable walk into Keswick and very central to other locations in the Lake District. The local pub was a 2 min walk away and The Chalet Tearoom (a 5 min walk) did great coffees and snacks. There are lots of dog friendly places including the conservatory of Skiddaw hotel which is in the centre of Keswick.My husband and daughter climbed Catbells and said the view was fantastic but found it a bit hair raising coming down! Lake Windermere was really worth a visit. There are lots places to eat, shops, plus great boat trips. We also visited Aira Force waterfall, the pencil museum and the puzzling place. We had a super week and want to return next year. Thank you Clare & Emma
