The first area is perfect for enjoying a movie, or you can curl up with a book or chat about the day in the smaller area to the back. The ground floor also has a peaceful twin bedroom, which can be made up as a super-king-size on request, along with an invigorating shower room. On the first floor, you will find the tastefully designed, fully equipped farmhouse-style kitchen with views towards Skiddaw. The kitchen also has a handy breakfast table, and you can get together to share a family meal in the spacious dining room which also features a window seat, TV and a pool table. The first floor also has a charming en-suite double bedroom. There are three further bedrooms on the second floor, all twin rooms decorated in delicate pastel shades, which can be made up as super-king-size rooms on request. The second floor also has a handy shower room and an airy bathroom with a brick-effect feature wall. Finally, on the third floor, there’s a large twin attic room with low sloping ceilings, a separate seating area and far-reaching views over the town. Outside, the enclosed garden has a lawn surrounded by plants and shrubs, and outdoor furniture which provides ideal seating space for a BBQ. At the end of the garden is a separate studio flat with its own entrance which can be booked along with this property.
