Sleeping up to four adults, this property is very well equipped, offering one double bedroom and one twin bedroom both dressed in comfortable linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep for all, with the flexible arrangements making it perfect for families and couples. The hub of this cottage is undoubtedly the fantastic open-plan kitchen and dining room, with French doors leading into the living room. This truly makes a great open-flowing space, especially good for kids, so you can always keep an eye on them, with an airy yet cosy ambience throughout.

You can easily walk into Keswick town centre and leave the car behind, the town centre is a short, flat walk away and the edge of Derwentwater just a 10-minute walk. Its bustling centre has an abundance of quality restaurants, pubs serving local cask ales, independent shops and obligatory outdoor and fashion brands, along with plenty of delis, bakeries, coffee shops and local craft stalls. Famous for its narrow streets and courtyards, this traditional market town is one not to be missed.

Super accommodation ,5 minutes walk from the town and park. Parking outside of property, bakery at bottom of street. Comfy bed and kitchen had everything we needed. Would book again😊

We had a comfortable stay at Lavender Cottage. We appreciated the thoughtful touches including provision of some kitchen essentials. Comfortable living area and beds. A real home from home. Stairs were a little bit of a struggle but it is an older property. We had awfully wet weather so a tumble dryer or a heated airer might be useful. Would overall recommend.
