No smoking.. This beautiful semi-detached cottage has been decorated with great care and attention to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. Sleeping up to four adults, this property is very well equipped, offering one double bedroom and one twin bedroom both dressed in comfortable linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep for all, with the flexible arrangements making it perfect for families and couples. The hub of this cottage is undoubtedly the fantastic open-plan kitchen and dining room, with French doors leading into the living room. This truly makes a great open-flowing space, especially good for kids, so you can always keep an eye on them, with an airy yet cosy ambience throughout.

If you like outdoor adventures such as walking, cycling and climbing, the local area surrounds you with some amazing scenery and routes around Latrigg, Catbells, Skiddaw, Blencathra and Helvellyn, just to name a few. You can easily walk into Keswick town centre and leave the car behind, the town centre is a short, flat walk away and the edge of Derwentwater just a 10-minute walk. Its bustling centre has an abundance of quality restaurants, pubs serving local cask ales, independent shops and obligatory outdoor and fashion brands, along with plenty of delis, bakeries, coffee shops and local craft stalls. Famous for its narrow streets and courtyards, this traditional market town is one not to be missed.

Amazing stay. The cottage was the perfect location for everything we wanted. Far enough out of town for peace but close enough to pop along for ice cream after tea! We loved having the park within two minutes for our morning dog walk before the afternoon hike in the gorgeous surroundings.The cottage itself was brilliantly stocked. There was everything we needed and more in the kitchen. So many place only leave 4 of everything so the dishwasher is pointless as washing up is needed too pften! Here was different and made life easier! Great IKEA ‘crockery’ for children too which eased my worries!!Welcome gift was a lovely touch as well as the milk in the fridge for that much needed drink on arrival pre-shopping.Owners were wonderfully communicative pre-stay and I’m sure would have been if we had needed anything.We were blessed with amazing weather when we were there and the outside area was wonderful for getting clothes dry. Gutted that it was already booked for our stay next year. Would highly recommend.Thank you
