York House is in a perfect location for all the conveniences of Keswick,Plenty of room , good sized kitchen.One or two things need sorting , new coat hooks in the porch would be handy, there are only two hooks left on the current ones.We were there during storm Amy so had plenty of rain , the guttering above the doors into the rear yard is totally diconnected andso rain pours into the back yard like a waterfall ! Somebody should fix it as a priority!
