This contemporary apartment is the ideal warm and welcoming base for a couple or family to experience your next Lake District adventure. Only a short walk from the most popular Lake District towns, you will quickly feel this is a true home from home and a place you can relax in. Within a short walk you will be in the vibrant town of Bowness-On-Windermere with all it has to offer, from pubs and restaurants to cafés, delis and coffee shops. A short walk in the other direction will bring you to the town centre of Windermere with its own selection of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Then during the day, head down to the shore of Lake Windermere, take in the beautiful views before joining a tour of the lake via the steamboats or if you prefer, hire some Kayaks and have your own mini adventures.

On entering the property, you firstly enter the spacious open-plan kitchen/diner with beautiful bay windows which capture the sun. Here you will find everything you need to cook up a storm with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer along with a dining table and chairs to sit and enjoy your meal. Head along the corridor to the high-ceilinged lounge with two leather sofas and Smart TV making this the perfect spot to relax with a film after a day’s exploring. Also, there is a separate WC located opposite the lounge. Head upstairs to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, one king-size and one super-king size (which can be made into a twin, must be stated at the time of booking). Both rooms have plenty of storage space and retain many of the old property’s features. Finally, there is the bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle and WC.

There is no outside space with this property. There is roadside parking available.
