The traditional Lakeland Cottage garden is full of beautiful lakeland staples including rhododendron, azaleas and Fuschias. It is terraced with steps from the large private car park up to the limestone patio - a beautiful sun-trap to enjoy the view over to Lake Windermere and across the valley. The garden is fully enclosed.

Brimstock cottage is located in the stunning Beatrix Potter country of Far Sawrey, close to Lake Windermere. It is nestled in a quiet idyllic village with a wide variety of walks and cycle tracks available directly from the cottage. Yet the bustling honey-pot towns of Bowness, Ambleside and Hawkshead are also within easy reach. There is also a fabulous dog-friendly pub 100m away.

Accommodation includes:

A modern kitchen/ diner which has traditional cabinets and a wooden surface and belfast sink. The kitchen has a wooden floor and contains all the mod cons, including a dishwasher and a washer-drier, oven, microwave and air-fryer. The bright modern kitchen and dining area has windows to three sides to enjoy the views across the Valley and Lake Windermere.

The lounge has all the character you could wish for with an 18th century flagstone floor, wooden beams and a cosy woodburner (wood provided) and a window seat. All combined with the best of luxury and technology with large flat screen TV, Amazon Fire Stick, Blu-ray player, Netflix and Denon sound system and an Alexa. As well as the woodburner the cottage has gas central heating to keep the cottage cosy even in the winter months.

There is a porch to store all your walking and doggy paraphernailia.

The Cottage has 2 beautiful bedrooms upstairs - the main bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms are light and airy and look out over the stunning views of Lake Windermere and the valley. The bedrooms are decorated in neutral shades and furnished with solid wood country furniture with wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps. There is an additional double sofa-bed downstairs. Children and pet gates are available.

The upstairs bathroom is fully tiled with a bath and shower.

The large and fully enclosed garden provides adventures for children and pets among the terraces and the patio includes garden furniture and a gas BBQ to enjoy the stunning views. There is a large private car park for up to 4 cars.
