Holly tree is a well equipped and relaxing place to stay in a great area with lots to explore. The enclosed garden meant it was very easy with our dog who was settled here. Mel was a friendly, helpful and considerate host.

A real gem of a find! Perfect for our family of 3 and our dog! Lovely secure garden overlooking Old Man and everything you could possibly need appliances and utensils wise. I even cooked a roast dinner with absolutely no issues! Pretty centrally located in gorgeous Coniston with some great walks from the back door. Honestly canât recommend the cottage enough. We will 100% be back.

The cottage was lovely, quiet, clean and in a great location with lovely views of the overlooking fells. There are some great local walks from the Waterfalls, Coniston coppermines and Tarn Howâs and all can be done from the doorstep. Also some great local pubs and small shops, coffee shop and Coniston lake just a 10 min walk. The cottage itself was fully equipped with 2 really good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Good space downstairs too for a family of 4 and the enclosed garden is ideal if you have dogs or small kids. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners and communicated really well before and during our stayâ¦â¦even lent us a HDMI cable as we forgot ours!!! Would definitely recommend a stay hereâ¦..5 star all the way!!
