About this property
An immaculately-presented barn conversion in the heart of the Lake District National Park. This Coniston cottage has two spacious ground floor bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom with a bath. The superb first floor open plan living area has lovely leather sofas and a woodburning stove to keep you warm after a day spent exploring this beautiful area. Outside this Coniston cottage, a private hot tub set in an elevated position enjoys views of the valley, the river and the Old Man of Coniston, perfect for star gazing! There is also a small, south-facing patio area where you can sit and relax with a cup of coffee in the morning sunshine as you plan the day's activities. This Coniston cottage is a perfect base to experience the beauty and magic of the Lake District at any time of the year. Note: This property is close to Ref. 25868, together they sleep 6.
Torver sits amidst some of the Lake District's most beautiful scenery. It’s known locally as a starting point for exploring the local fells and the Duddon Valley and offers a superb base for exploring nearby Hawkshead, Ambleside and Windermere.
