Overall the cottage was great nice touches when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay, lovely location we throughly enjoyed our time in the lakes!! The Cottage was well equipped, but could do with a drainer in the kitchen this would be helpful. WiFi was very intermittent at times and the Cottage would benefit with a thorough deep clean. Didn’t impact too much with our stay as we used it as a base.

A really comfortable stay in a very well situated little cottage. Everything I needed within the cottage, great instructions, clean and very welcoming. A great stay.

Beautiful area, lovely village and a pretty cottage. However it was dirty, we had to wash every kitchen utensil before we could use them. The sofa was covered in dog hair, so much so that we had to brush our clothes down before we went out. The shower cubicle has mould in the grout which is making it smell. There is a real H&S issue with a rise in the floor level on the landing, it is covered in carpet so that it isn't visible, I hate to think what a fall hazard this is for someone with poor stability. It was a disappointment and these issues had already been raised in the visitors book (in Feb), but not addressed.
